Question about Nuki Smart Lock GO CH-Zylinder (5th Gen)
Hey guys. I just can't get it installed. Attached are pictures of what the lock looks like on our front door - it has this silver knob that I can easily unscrew and then behind it is this gold/bronze "thing". You can't take it off. I've tried almost every colour that could even remotely fit. The green one is too tight and doesn't go over, the blue adapter is a bit too wide, goes over but doesn't hold! You might first have to find out which lock cylinder manufacturer you have. As the adapters for the Nuki are all categorised by cylinder manufacturer, it should then be easy to find the right adapter. Unless your knob cylinder is not compatible with the Nuki. In any case, I haven't seen this brass part on your cylinder yet
I own three NUKIs, all of which require adapters in order to fit the inside knob to close and open the door. Do you happen to know the manufacturer of the lock because I can’t see it in any of your pictures. There is a system with the adapters and they’re based on the type of locking system that you have.
Unfortunately, that doesn't help.
I'm really getting desperate. I've tried all the adapters, including the white one today. It fits perfectly, but it doesn't turn because it doesn't grip?
Does this bronze thing where the knob is attached via a screw also have to come out? I've already pulled on it, but nothing moves :-(
