Hello, What is the best way to clean the filter mat? Ok in washing machine (e.g. 20 degrees with gentle cycle?)

I wouldn't recommend this!!! the filter looks like a flannel afterwards!!! even in the dishwasher with the ecoprogramme doesn't come out well either! soaking in lukewarm water with a little detergent has so far brought the best results.
