Hello The box cannot connect to the Sunrise Internet network. The network is recognised and the signal is also OK, but no connection is established. Already tried: - Reboot and set up again (Sunrise is already pre-programmed, but does not work). - Entered the APN of Sunrise manually (didn't work either) - Searched for firmware update (is up to date) - Manually run on UMTS and LTE (does not work) How to solve the connection problem?
It's been a while since the question was asked, but maybe it's still relevant for someone: I think this is due to Sunrise, which prevents data usage with a modem. A different SIM or a different (data) plan could solve this.

PIN already entered under Internet->LTE information?
I forgot to do that at the beginning and wondered about the same behaviour.
