Question about Bissell SpotClean Pet Pro
Hello, Is this device effective in removing the smell of cat urine from a sofa? And if so, what product do you recommend putting in the device? Thank you in advance.

Yes, this works quite well, the fresher the "accident" is the better. Sometimes several passes are necessary. We recommend the product from Bissel Pet Stain&Odour. A sample is included with the appliance.
We had/have the same problem. Sorry, but we have NEVER been able to get the odour out properly. We tried various products, but nothing helped.
It evaporates over time, or you can limit the damage with the cleaner, but it never comes out completely. If you can tell me what REALLY helps, I'll kiss your heart :-D
Joking aside, in short: NO!
Since then we have put a blanket over the affected area, which helps. But there are always moments when it reminds you. The vacuum cleaner is otherwise quite OK, apart from its jet noise!
