Question about Samsung Bn96-35817g

Hello Is there anywhere in the world a one connect box that is compatible with the samsung ue65js9580qxzg tv? I have a box bn96-37212g, but it always tells me that the tv will soon be switched off because it will otherwise overheat. According to a tv mechanic, the problem is not with the fan but with the panel itself. Please help
