Question about Samsung HW-Q90R

I don't know about TV, but I found out that Swisscom TV doesn't transmit in dolby atmos.
I don't know about apple tv.
If I watch netflix through the TV app (Samsung from 2019) or Swisscom TV box I don't get dolby atmos.
If I watch netflix through my nvidia box I have dolby atmos...
