Hello I'm looking for an air conditioner for my cellar, and I'm interested in the features of this product. I have two questions: 1) Is the temperature range 7° to 27° (if so, this is a remarkable exception in monoblocks)? 2) What does it come with? It says "Remote control including control panel"!

The heating temperature range is between 7 and 27°C, and the cooling temperature range is between 21 and 35°C. Both the exhaust air hose and a remote control are included.
