Question about TP-Link Tl-Wr902ac

Hello, I'm looking for a backup solution when my internet router has a problem. Is it possible with this product for a smartphone to provide it with the network (via a shared connection) and for the device then to provide the network at the same time in wifi to a tablet and another device via the rj45 socket? It's important that the network can be provided at the same time via these two types of connection.
