Question about Osprey Farpoint 80

I bought the product 1 year ago. Only the large bag is included with me.
I took it on a 3-week backpacking trip. The bag is good quality and has held up extremely well.

I'm also planning a 3-week trip to Japan in the autumn. I'd love to hear your opinion on how much space it takes up on a day-to-day basis. I'm hesitating between this bag or the Farpoint 70l (55 + 15).
The idea of the trip is to move around every 3 or 4 days. Many thanks to you
