Hello, I would like to connect the JBL Bar 300 Pro to my gaming computer. Is that possible? The HDMI port on the laptop is occupied by the monitor. What other options are there? Gladly also hardwired.

You can connect the JBL Bar 300 Pro to your gaming computer in several ways, even if the HDMI port on your laptop is already occupied. Here are some possibilities:
## HDMI connection via another device
- If your laptop does not have a free HDMI port, you can connect another device such as a game console, a set-top box or a Blu-ray player to the HDMI input of the soundbar if these devices have an HDMI output.
## Optical connection
- You can also connect the soundbar to your laptop or TV via an optical audio connection. To do this, you need to connect an optical cable between the optical output of your laptop or TV and the optical input of the soundbar.
## Bluetooth connection
- Another option is to connect via Bluetooth. Activate Bluetooth on your laptop and search for the soundbar ("JBL BAR 300_xxxx"). Once the connection is established, you can stream audio via Bluetooth.
## Ethernet connection (for network functions)
- Although not directly relevant for the audio connection, you can also connect the soundbar to your home network via an Ethernet cable to use functions such as Chromecast, AirPlay or Alexa. However, this requires that you have configured the soundbar via the JBL One app.
These options offer flexible connectivity to connect the JBL Bar 300 Pro to your gaming computer.
