Hello,I own a Philips Soundbar Fidelio b 97. I have only bought it second-hand for 2 months now and it always went very well until 3 days ago, the surround speakers no longer play and charge automatically (flickers red then just red, off again and so again constantly) as well as the subwoofer which I can no longer connect. I have already tried everything (reset everything, set factory settings and unplugged cables, Bluetooth turned off back on, Wi-Fi off and back on. When the soundbar is turned on, the subwoofer light comes on. I don't turn it on. Then I do it manually, press the pair button for 5 seconds, then it quickly flashes blue and I can't connect. The soundbar just turns on and works fine, but the surround sound speakers don't work. Can you help me with that please? Hopefully a software update problem. Kind regards, Yves

Hello Yves
So for me it was the update that wasn't installed at first, then it worked again. Do you have the latest update?

I had a similar problem with a Suround loudspeaker. But it was still under warranty. I then sent it back and got a new system. I would also try it this way as a gesture of goodwill.

I'm sorry I can't help you, I sent the bar back and asked for a refund. I then bought a Samsung which is very good.

Yes, I know these kinds of problems too. I got a new one one week before the warranty expired, without any repairs. I would also rather have my money back than another new one. I think the playback quality is overrated and there is always something wrong. The satellites are far too quiet. I've had the new soundbar for 7 months now and it's already starting to go wrong again. What a shame for such an expensive product. I'll just keep insisting on getting a working soundbar if Philips would rather that than refund the money.

Hello
I bought this sound bar quite a while ago when it first came out. I have only had problems of the same type as you. As it was under warranty I asked for it to be repaired. 1 month later I received a new product. The warranty starts all over again. 1 year later approximately the same problem. I sent it back again. Same result, new product and new warranty. And some time later new problem. New product received, new warranty and so we continue. I tried to get a refund but Philips would not listen. Too bad.
