Hello, I live in a region not covered by the fiber but there are 5G antennas around. Can I replace my actual normal internet phone line with the ZTE MC888 router with a Galaxus mobile CH unlimited (19 CHF/month) SIM to have a permanent 5G connection? Thanks

Yes, that would work without any problems, provided your 5G reception is good.
