Hello I have also bought the Deco M9 Plus. Set of 3 Everything connected, super simple and fast. Now the wifi signs on the Sunrise Internet Box are active and I can choose freely between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz from the Sunrise Box. I can also use the wifi from the Deco M9 Plus. Is it possible to switch off the wifi of the Sunrise Internet Box and only use the Deco M9 Plus? And does everything work even if the wifi of the Sunrise Internetbox is switched off? Thank you very much

It also works when the wifi of the subtle box is on. Just shines a little brighter 😁

In general, the double NAT would be the problem in this configuration:
Both your Sunrise box and the primary Deco are now playing router. This is not ideal, but it works.

Try to find out the IP in the Deco under "Internet Connection". If it says 168.x.x or 172.x.x you have Double NAT.

Solution: take this IP with 1 at the end and enter it in the browser. This should take you to the Sunrise Box where you can change the mode to "Bridge".

Example:
In the Deco it says: 172.168.0.110

You now go to Chrome:
172.168.0.1

Then somewhere in the settings there is the Bridge mode.

Then you may have to wait or restart the Deco. If it works, the Sunrise WLAN is gone and so is the Double NAT.

I assume you have Internet via the former Cablecom and not ADSL/VDSL via telephone?

I have a similar configuration. Sunrise Internet Box and the Deco. You can deactivate Sunrise WLAN, you don't need it with the Deco and that also makes the entire configuration easier (if you only have 1 WLAN).
