Hello, I have a dog with short hair and would this device be suitable for cleaning my fabric sofa on a daily or weekly basis?

I don't use it on a weekly basis, the sofa remains slightly damp after using the bissell and needs time to dry in the open air. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not using it weekly, the sofa remains slightly damp after using the bissell and needs time to dry in the open air, so I'll have to use it for a while.
