To change the lock code on a Samsonite case, follow these steps:

1. enter current code: make sure you know the current code, otherwise the lock will not open.
2. find the red slider: Locate the red slider underneath the combination lock cover.
3. set new code: Flip the red slider up, set the desired new code and flip the slider back down to confirm the new code.

If you have forgotten the current code, you will have to try all possible combinations from 000 to 999, which will take about 20 to 30 minutes.
