But on the description on Digitec there is nothing about SD card reader. Does it have a card reader or not?

An error has probably crept into our description, the information on the data sheet is correct. The PC is equipped with an SD card reader.

Thanks, in the meantime I have ordered and received a HP Pro 400 Tower G9 Intel Core i7-14700, 32 GB, 1000 GB, SSD (5V6Q9ES#UUZ), which does not have a card reader, so I have ordered an external card reader as well
