Hello, For the Ubiquiti U7 Lite, do I still need a power supply? If I want to make a carefree package out of it, what else do I need apart from a long network cable?

Hello, only works with PoE. This means that you must have a PoE switch or a PoE injector. (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/ubiquiti-25g-poe-adapter-8023at-poe-30-w-poe-injector-54802790)

In my case, this runs directly on the Uniquiti Cloud Gateway. One of the ports has PoE, which means that the network cable supplies power at the same time! So only one cable!
