You need a hub TP-Link Tapo H100 https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/tp-link-tapo-h100-smart-home-hub-22620814) which is connected to the WLAN. Or the TP-Link Smart Hub Tapo H200 TP-Link Smart Hub Tapo H200 which can also be connected directly to a router via RJ/45.
You need an extra tapo bridge.
It needs a connection (radio link) to the base station. The base station itself must be in the network.
