Hello Can I use this air conditioner to cool from 30 degrees outside to 20 degrees inside if everything is airtight? Why is the 12000 cheaper than the 9000?

Cooling the inside temperature down to 20 degrees is no problem, the unit manages this without any problems if the exhaust hose leads outside and everything is tight.
I can't say anything about the price.
