No, the Tapos do not have their own web server. However, since they support the standard RTSP stream, you can use any video player (e.g. VLC) to watch the live stream. This also works with all surveillance apps/software that support RTSP streams. This allows you to use the camera with a server or NAS and then access it remotely via browser (I use 4 cameras with Synology NAS).
