Question about Honeywell Dc313s

Hello. When the doorbell rings, there is always a "tütütüt" after the official ringtone. This was not the case at the beginning. However, since then I have also had some problems with the radio in that despite pressing the transmitter, the receiver sometimes does not ring. Is this related to this and what could be the problem?
