Question about Formuler Z 10 Pro Max
Hello, we have bought this box and the iptv programme has been installed. However, we're having a problem with the remote control, which doesn't work. What should we do?
I didn't have any problems with the remote control, did you try changing the battery?
hello, I too had some problems with the remote control, 1st: check the choice of remote control in parameter (several choices), 2nd: box clearly visible on the remote control. It's not the same remote as on the Z8 with the small separate sensor, but in the settings there's a choice of changing the remote and adding the small sensor with the old remote which doesn't work with the new remote.
