Hello together Is this the latest version of LR? 6.14?

No, this is not the latest version of Lightroom. However, it is the latest (and last) version that is available for purchase (without subscription). The differences to the latest version are not very great.

In the future, Lightroom will (as far as I know) only be offered as a subscription version (called Lightroom Classic CC). You can always update to the latest version, but you pay a monthly / annual fee.
