Hello together! Is it possible to run a minecraft server for 6-8 people with this nas? And if so, how does that work? Does anyone have a manual in german?
Okay. But why is this NAS unsuitable? Well, I upgraded from 2GB RAM to 8GB a while ago. Does it have too little computing power? Too slow?
This is a NAS server.
NAS servers are for data backups etc. and not for hosting games.
For hosting an MC server, we recommend either https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Tutorials... (English only!) or renting a server.
Renting is about 12Fr.+- per month.
