Question about Baseus BA01
Hello together I received the product today - audio connects well and the quality of the music is good. Unfortunately, the microphone for making phone calls is a disaster. I can hardly be heard and sometimes twice - what can I do about it?
I make calls with the Poly Voyager Legend headset, I uncheck the option "Phone" in the BT menu for the Baseus BA01, and uncheck the option "Media Audio" for the Poly. I work in the field and have been making calls like this for years. I have the Baseus BA01 in my private car and never make a phone call without the Poly.
It depends very much on where you have connected the receiver and aligned the microphone. You can't expect miracles from the microphone. I bought it primarily for music from my smartphone and it does that well. What you can do, however, is use the microphone of your smartphone (playback for audio from BT but microphone from smartphone).
It's not ideal, but if your phone is mounted somewhere near the air vents or in the area of your A-radio, it works.
