The wall bracket is ingenious. I bought it years ago and have now mounted it on another wall for the third time.
However, I want to mount my new TV a little further from the wall (Ambilight) and no longer have the accessories. Is it possible to buy the spacers separately without having to spend another 100.- for a whole wall bracket?

Answer

Plastic or metal washers/spacers can be bought for a few francs at the DIY store. At the "red" or "orange" DIY store, they are even counted individually. It worked for me :o)
