Question about Deuter Aircontact Lite 50 + 10

Hello, the shoulder straps on my Aircontact Lite squeak, and this is at the thicker part of the padding at the transition to the back. It seems to me that there is no insert in the padding layer that properly separates the rubberised surfaces so that they don't rub against each other and squeak. Do you also have this and can you deal with it, or is it a production fault? For me, this is intolerable and so this rucksack will be returned.
