On mi, the item BPLDS02DM appears with the name "Mi Smart Standing Fan 2 white" and has 5 blades inside and 7 outside, 15W and 140° rotation.

I recently asked the support team the same question. This is indeed the "Mi Smart Standing Fan 2 white" model: BPLDS02DM with the 7+5 rotor as on the Mi page. So the picture is wrong here.
And yes, there are many models (especially with and without battery, AC or DC motor, etc.).
