Hello, the PC does not recognise the screen. I have tried with 3 or 4 others but without success. Do you know why?

I had the same problem. Reason: the cable was plugged into the wrong place. The cable must be plugged into the graphics card.
Same problem. Money back received.... After about 1 month and contact with helpdesk.
