Hello, the oscillation on my tower cannot be switched off. The tower turns even when it is switched off and the plug is still in the socket. I have to pull the plug to stop it. Is the appliance faulty? Or have I set something wrong?

Can we ask you whether you have already completely disconnected your Peter tower fan from the power supply for 24 hours (pull the plug) and then put it back into operation? It is important that the 24 hours are adhered to, as only then will the device be reset. How does Peter behave afterwards?
