Hello, the Mini does not recognise the beamer, sometimes a picture appears and after 2 minutes it disappears...no signal. - The monitor is recognised when I connect the monitor AND the projector at the same time, the projector is recognised, otherwise not. ALSO: I suspect a software problem... Can anyone help me? Best regards

Hello, the problem can be manifold. First of all, I would try a higher quality HDMI cable. When switching on, it helps if the projector is ready first and only then the Mac mini is started. If that doesn't help, I would try a USB-C to HDMI cable or a USB-C to HDMI adapter. Finally, there are USB-C multi adapters like the LMP mini Dock or LMP Travel Dock, which recalculate the HDMI signal but only support 4K up to 30 Hz.
