Hello, the images displayed for the TP-Link TL-SG108PE are somewhat misleading for me with regard to PoE and PoE+. One time it says PoE+ with up to 30 watts, then it says PoE only. What kind of switch is PoE or PoE+?

Bought one today and it's V5, so it's POE+

According to the description on the TP-Link website, it is POE+ with up to 30 watts. I have connected two video cams to it.
