Hello, the cooker came with a Max Hauri mains plug adapter. This then fits into the Swiss socket. But unfortunately our whole socket (three outlets) is now blocked, problem here (left picture). https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0298/8516/9800/products/31n65ilPU8L_1024x1024@2x.jpg?v=1640722590 problem can be seen. The solution on the right picture with the 3 adapter is unfortunately also no longer possible, because the Max Hauri adapter is fixed and can no longer be loosened. Before we cut the cable and mount a new plug.... Has anyone solved the problem easily? And would it be possible to buy the bottom part of the cooker again?

Helpful answer

Hello Denise

There are three relatively simple solutions. Firstly, you can use pliers and a little force to pull the adapter back off the plug, which is only held in place by toothed rings. Secondly, cutting off the plug and fitting a suitable one. Thirdly, I still have the bottom part of my previous kettle, the previous model, without the adapter on the plug.
Absolute recommendation, try suggestion one.

there are also short (25cm) extension cables available
Steffen extension cable (0.25 m, type 13)
Or adapter plugs that you can clip
Max Hauri Clip-Clap (Type 13, 1 x)

"The solution on the right picture with the 3 adapter is unfortunately also no longer possible"

The 3 adapter is a travel adapter by design and therefore not legally permissible.

The fact that a fixed adapter (in principle) cannot be removed from the plug onto which it was plugged is also intended. That is why it is called a fixed adapter.
