Question about LG DS90TR

Hello, The AI calibration room option does not work. After completing half of the test, the LG application displays an error message about the connection with the subwoofer and cancels the entire test. I tried everything according to the instructions to pass the test, but nothing happened... Is there a solution to make it work?
