Question about infomir MAG 254 Set Top Box

Hello, since yesterday the mag 250 no longer works properly. It simply stops halfway through charging and then nothing happens. It takes what feels like 100 times of unplugging and plugging it back in until it eventually works again. If I turn the device off again, the same thing happens all over again.
