I would like to use this SFP adapter with my Zyxel XGS1250-12. The Zyxel switch then goes directly to the internet socket with the adapter and is then used as a router. Is the Ubiquiti part compatible? I have heard there are compatibility issues sometimes. If it doesn't fit, can someone find me a suitable one?

You want to use a switch (Zyxel XGS1250-12) as a router by connecting it directly to the OTO socket via fibre? That's not possible.
