What about the operating system, do you get a Win10 DVD with the delivery of the computer, so that you can later set up the computer cleanly without recovery?

No, but the driver CD. You can easily create a bootable USB stick for Windows. This works almost automatically with the Windows Update Assistant. After installing Windows, simply insert the driver CD and it should work. 
If you lose the driver CD, you can simply download the drivers directly from ASUS and install them manually.
