Question about TP-Link Deco X50 (2-pack)

Hello, my question is as follows: We have our office on the 1st floor, to which our Sunrise Connect 3 box is connected. The TV on the ground floor is currently connected via WLAN, which works well. As we now want to set up another TV and boxes in the basement (craft room) which have to be connected via LAN cable, I wanted to ask whether the Deco X50 would be suitable for this? One on the ground floor for amplifying the WLAN and the second one in the basement for WLAN and LAN output for TV and boxes? Many thanks for your feedback!
