type in https://setup.office.com/?ms.officeurl=setup, 
from there log in to your microsoft account, the one you used to install your office 
when you are done you will find your licence to reinstall

You don't need the pack either. What you do need is the Microsoft account to which you redeemed the code from the pack. You can use it to download Office again (office.com) and then activate it.
