The problem is usually not with the vacuum bag itself, but with the settings or the base station. Often, automatic emptying is deactivated in the application, the "Do Not Disturb" mode is active or the robot doesn't return properly to the station.
- Automatic emptying disabled The Dreame application has a switch for automatic emptying. If this is deactivated, the robot will not empty itself automatically.
- Do Not Disturb (DND) mode In DND mode, the base station does not empty the robot. Deactivate this mode in the robot management.
