Hello, is it possible to mount this cash register under a table, or what model would be idea for under the table? Thanks

You would have to find a shelf for under the table...or print out angles yourself and screw them on instead of the rubber feet. The cabinet itself has no mounting holes on the top or sides. I don't know any other models, I only have one of this model in use and one as a reserve...
