Hello, in the 154 CHF is included a one year subscription if I understood correctly? And then, the subscription is via Adobe and at what price? Thank you in advance for your feedback.

It is a one year subscription. Subsequent years should be the same price according to the manufacturer and the program will remind you and tell you how to do it.
