Hello. I received this LG PM20GA.AEU remote to control my SONOS sound bar (according to the SONOS list, the Magic Remote is the only one compatible as I only have an optical connection), my UPC box and of course my LG G3 TV.
But when I tried to synchronise it, I got a message from the TV saying that the remote wasn't recognised. However, the description says that it's compatible with LG GXs. Online help told me to disconnect all the peripherals and try syncing again, but I still get the same message. Could this remote simply be incompatible?

Hello, according to LG, this remote control is not compatible with the LG OLED G3, but only with the GX model. Hello. Thank you for your confirmation. The product has already been returned following contact with one of your colleagues. It would be useful to specify that the "X" after the G does not replace 1, 2 or 3 as I thought. It takes a specialist to know that the GX model exists and has nothing in common with the G1, G2 and G3. But thanks for the full refund. I really appreciate it.
