Hello, I have made an update and can no longer create a connection to the thermostat. If I hold the button for 3 seconds, the word Pair appears but no code is displayed afterwards. Does anyone have any ideas? Greetings Ak

Have you already tried a hardware reset?

13.2.7 Restore factory settings (rES)
The factory settings of the radiator thermostat can be restored manually. In doing so, all settings made will be lost.
- Press the Mode/Menu key for at least 3 seconds.
- Select the menu item "rES" with the setting wheel and confirm by briefly pressing the setting wheel.
