Hello, I have a lg c3, this player and the Samsung q990d soundbar but I can't control the volume with the player's remote control (even after 1 hour of testing and searching on various forums). Does anyone have a solution?

Hello :-) no need to waste any more hours testing, it's not possible... I have an LG G4 TV with this player, and it's negative. The TV has to be a Panasonic, which is what I had before. On the other hand, I can recommend the Sofabaton X1S programmable remote control, a worthy successor to the late Logitech Harmony, only better! programmable from the iOS or Android app! very satisfied!
