Hello, I have a door with a knob on the inside. If you turn the knob and insert the key at the front, it turns with it. What is the situation with a Nuki - does it effectively block the knob or does it turn when you open the door mechanically or, for example, when the battery is flat? I have a Kaba knob....

Hello, external access with the key remains unchanged. You can still use the key as usual, even if the batteries are flat.
