Hello, I have 2 questions please:
1. can I also stream normally from MacBook with this device? So my screen no matter what I watch or can I only use it for Apple TV and only through this software? I have an old TV, can connect my MacBook with HDMI cable, but I would be happy to stream without cable if possible. Would it work with this device?
2. the same question for my iPhone 11: can I stream whatever I see on my display through this device?

yes, it works. it's called screen synchronisation. if you have old ios/macos versions, check it again to be on the safe side

I'm not a specialist, but I can stream it with my iPhone and my MacBook Air without any problems. Without a cable.
