Hello, I bought this "Vogels Base 05 L" bracket from you in 2017, at that time for a 75'' TV. Now I am thinking of buying an 85'' TV. According to the description, the wall mount is only suitable for up to 80'' and 70 kilograms. The new 85'' TVs are far below 70 kilograms. But they are 5 inches bigger. I see no reason why the bracket should not be used for an 85'' TV. Is there a reason?

The inches don't matter. What is important is the weight. However, you must make sure that the wall mount supports the Vesa standard of your new TV so that the TV also fits on the mount.

I also see it the same way as Aengeli69. The only - but actually far-fetched - argument would be that with larger monitors you have a longer lever, for example, when you grab and pull or push on the hinge. This can then exert more force on the hinges and mounting. But with 5 inches more, it shouldn't really matter.
