Hello I bought this product, but it only came with a Schuko cable. Do I have to specify this separately somewhere in the order, that a Swiss plug or at least a transition plug is included?

Not really, but it happens very often at Digitec. Please contact customer service by email and ask them to send you a cable. digitec@digitec.ch
