A friend to whom I recommended this site has not received the key (it says "is generated when the order is placed"). Should I contact customer service?

A friend to whom I recommended this site has not received the key (it says "is generated when the order is placed"). Should I contact customer service?

Answer

I had no problem with this, but in my case Digitec had no idea where to download the suite. Of course you have to pay first, then you get the key.
